Our 30 Day Warranty

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from delivery. If your purchase defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or refund all your payment.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. 

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must Contact Us within 12 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We refund the price only for damaged or broken goods during shipping. 

In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@trendishonly.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

TrendishOnly.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, TrendishOnly.com will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@trendishonly.com.
