What is the currency of the store? Can I pay in another currency?

We'll automatically display prices in your local currency on the product pages and on the order summary page. All customers are billed in US Dollar and the final price charged to your account or credit card will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction (according to their rates). We have no control over these rates and does not take responsibility for any potential exchange rate differences or exchange fees levied by your bank.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7 to 20 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 30 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. 

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Can I cancel and order after it has been placed?

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you musst contact us within 12 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from support@trendishonly.com with your tracking number included in it.
Depending on the product ordered, the e-mail could take up to 7 business days to be sent. To track your order go to the Track My Order page and fill in the order number and your email address to get the details about your order.
